Order

An order agreement is finalized once Tailess AB confirms your order via email, which should include a receipt. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if there are discrepancies between the confirmation and your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery

We offer international shipping. All shipments are sent with PostNord, and you will receive a tracking number via e-mail when the package has been sent. The package is delivered directly to your home or the nearest post office, and you will be notified when you can collect it.

Delivery time within Sweden: 3-5 working days
Delivery time for international orders: 5-7 working days

For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes for shipments outside the European Union. VAT (Value Added Tax) and import fees are determined by local customs and are beyond our control. Therefore, the customer will always be required to pay any applicable VAT fees.

Returns

Tailess AB offers a return policy of 14 days, counted from the day you receive your package. If the return is approved, you will be refunded for the returned products within 30 days of the return being processed. A return fee will be charged and deducted from your refund. You are required to ensure that the product is unworn and returned in the same condition as when it was delivered, otherwise we cannot accept the return. If we cannot accept the return, we will send the product back to the customer, who will be charged an additional shipping fee. If returned goods are shipped internationally, clearly mark the package with "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid possible customs charges.

Exchanges

Tailess AB cannot administer exchanges of purchased goods. If you wish to change the product, please return the product and place a new order on the website.

Complaints

If you wish to complain about ordered goods, you must contact Tailess AB within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints made within two months of the customer discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted on time. We ask you to contact us via our questionnaire which you can find under "Contact us", with a detailed description of the defect, and we will do our best to help you.

Disputes

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. If, despite our best efforts, we are unable to reach an agreement, we recommend that you seek an independent review from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Customer's responsibility

The prices are stated in SEK and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping costs, which are listed separately. You as a customer must pay all fees or costs according to the invoicing terms at the time when a fee or cost becomes due. For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes for shipments outside the European Union. VAT (value added tax) and import duties are determined by local customs and are beyond Tailess AB control. Therefore, the customer will always be liable to pay the applicable VAT charges. If a package is held in customs because fees have not been paid by the customer, Tailess AB is not responsible for these packages.
